face lift rear lamps

was wondering if anyone on here knows if facelift rear lamps are just plug and play replacments for pre facelift cars
 
Yes they are. I got them fitted to my 2000 S3.
 
If you call cutting part of the inner wing out plug and play, then yes they are.

Its only a small part BTW, and yes you can fit them, but only the non-xenon type.

Yes you can fit them very easily without cutting into anything.

They often pop up on ebay, but you could try the german ebay (watch out for the postage, and only go for someone with reliable feedback etc).

Remember to get orange flashing bulbs for ya indicators though fella. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

So does that mean with some modification later style front lights will fit?
 
Youy can get the facelift tail-lamps from Euro Car parts for about £100.
