Dog bone

Yeah it's fine for petrol's. Most people tend to opt for the red one, as it's not as 'hard' as the petrol yellow one. But some including me went for the yellow one. And yeah it does induce more engine vibrations through the cockpit. But you learn to live with it, and it makes gear changes so much tighter.

Why 'NOT' the yellow?

On a ROAD car, most people DON'T want the excessive vibration that IS associated with the harder compound used in the YELLOW bush.

Thats why NOT to use the yellow.

Have you used a yellow one, and the gone to a red? Or this just what ppl have said? I don't find the vibrations anywhere near excessive. but that's my opinion.

I like it, and I recommend the yellow one. But I've never used the red one to compare.

I've just ordered a VF engineering one because I'm too lazy to change the small bush (and dont have the tools). Also going to get Vibratechnics top two mounts. The VF looks nice, shame you can't really see it haha

Not on my S3, but I fully re bushed my Escort Cosworth with yellow powerflex bushes. Never again!

On a track day orientated car then yes I would have no qualms in using yellow ones.

Just my opinion, horses for courses and all that jazz.

Just ordered me a yellow one. ill give it a long trial before I condemn it. 12ft-lbs right torque for it?
