Xenon Mot setup??

I'm getting my mot on Wednesday and have just replaced the faulty levelling sensors both front and rear my question is should I do the vcds xenon set up for it?? Reason being I'm pretty sure they light will need a lot of manual adjust as I had them split apart and in all the component parts?
While I'm here also I've just fitted a hybrid cr turbo xspower manifold and sports cat and am a wee bit worried about failing on emissions as I haven't been able to drive the car other than a quick test drive along the street. Thanks for any suggestions.

have you roughly checked the level against a wall?
