S3 Width?

Hi All,

strange question I know but I have parking at the rear of my house which goes through a kind of tunnel.

Now before I get excited about picking an S3 can some tell me how wide it is and (not so important) how long? I would have thought that the wing mirrors would be the widest point but if anyone could help that would be great.

If it dont fit I cant have one!

I believe it's about 1900mm wide but I'm not sure if that's from wingmirror tip to wingmirror tip or not.

Length: 4160mm apparently.

Parkers says, 1763mm wide. Not sure if that is correct tho?

Well 14cms sounds like a plausible difference between the width of the car from wheelarch to wheelarch and the width of the car from wingmirror tip to wingmirror tip........

7cms on either side sounds about right for the distance that the wing mirrors stick out above and beyond the wheelarches.

Just a thought...
