K04 maf

Hi my maf went not long ago. and i was wondering whats best for me stock maf whit 80mm housing or vr6? im running agu k04 conversation.

Depends what ECU you have and how its mapped...

Normally if an AGU then you use an AGU MAF sensor in a VR6 housing... if an AUM you would use the AUM sensor in an S3 housing... if mapped correctly then it would be scaled to suit... if you have an AGU and going from a std AGU MAF housing to a VR6 housing then you need to get your mapping redone...

well im doing my k04 conversion soon and will be using the vr6 maf housing and fitting my new maf element within it (thanks prawn)
but just replace the maf with what ur using now mate

okay cheers i was looking on eurocarparts for genuine bosh maf its a 140$ i guess not Chinese copy?

It should be fine as long as its a Bosch one...

In fairness though.. with a K04 conversion you 'should' be running a VR6 MAF tube and have a proper map thats scaled to suit (including larger injectors etc...)
