charcol filter

Noticed a loud clicking coming from the engine bay and tracked it down to what u believe is the charcol/carbon filter? Next the the power steering filler. Is it meant to be loud?
So many problems with this car, every squeek makes me jump.

Hello!!
Where does that tube go from underneath the charcol filter? or should there be any tube in the first place?
I have a tube going from there to this metal bracket under the inlet manifold with electric device with three (entry)small tubes. is it correct? My car is a mess. As just boughted an apy s3. can it be the cause for rough idle and power loss. i just changed the pvc tube wich goes to the air pump and checked all the contacts etc... . Basically it feels like the boost doesn`t circulate correctly.
I mean this car is nice, but come on how many tubes you need to fit. =)
