Lambda test

Please can anyone tell me if it's possible to test the lambda using vcds?

i.e. which controller shows the useable lambda outputs and what are the normal ranges expected?

I was getting intermittent lambda error codes before sorting the egt. Now just won't to check all is fine and it has not been damaged by over fueling.
