It's been a good weekend, finally had a bit of spare time to sort some of the annoying jobs on my car.
(don't get a lot of time with my dodgy shift pattern at work and a 8 month old baby daughter)

I managed to:
Sort out my dodgy exhaust gas temp sensor - only needed a good clean up if the wiring.

Tidy up the fit of my Badger 5 TIP

Resecure my back number plate.

Tart up the steering wheel s3 badge. (ended up using some red nail varnish to go over the scratched and faded red section. Came out well lol )

Tighten up the gear selector on top of the gearbox. Seems to have helped with the iffy gear selection.

Fitted my ASN stickers. :)

And cleared all the fault codes with my new (totally genuine this time) VCDS.

All in all I am please to get this all done.
Sorted out some niggles and stopped the holding back on WOT at about 4000rpm.

Good times.

Good work Leigh. Sounds like you were really busy. Do the stickers look good on? :)

Yeah they look great. Not over the top.
I have put one in each rear window by the rear corners.
I don't like anything overstated.

Regarding that little s3 badge.....you can buy new ones from the stealers (about £17 - eeek, I know!) and the old just prises out and the new one slots in. This is just an FYI in case other peeps read this....

Yeah. Just seems expensive for the badge. And my fix was free :) an did it during work time lol.
