Im doing a turbo upgrade and not sure if I need a new fuel rail for the 550cc injectors or will the stock one will be sufficient

Stock is fine... flows ok on all the BT builds I have had a hand in... RMR manifold requires a specific fuel rail purely do to the design on the manifold... just done an LCR with stroker and 3071 turbo putting out 460hp/390ftlb on 750cc injectors and std fuel rail...

550cc isn't going to tax the fuel rail but depending on the power level and FPR you plan to use then an inline pump might be an idea..

yeah i have a 044 inline pump on the way, im not going that big just an F23 turbo

These are fine... you need the adaptors to convert to the VAG wiring...

Run a 3bar FPR with those injectors for the F23... you getting the Frankenturbo mani too?

So you think I won't need the fuel pump, I am upgrading pistons and rods and DNA tuning recommended a fuel pump to. Hit 200kw atw.... Yep got the manifold as well
 
Its an A3 you have isn't it? std A3 pump is not as powerful as the stock S3 pump which in good condition should be man enough but seeing as you have an A3 I would be tempted to stick an inline one on too... I have stuff in my build thread on how I did mine...

also, to fit 550cc injectors into the AGU manifold and fuel rail, you'll need some injector spacers, as the 550's are much shorter than the AGU injectors.

I have a set of new unused injector spacers I didn't use in my build. cost me £75 to import them from the states!

Prawn I'm in Australia so I think it might be cheaper to get everything from the US... Thanks for letting me know about the spacers tho
