Help with this part please...pic included

Ive noticed that the car doesnt seem as quick anymore, so i opened the bonnet and heard a air leak coming from this part..

The part that doesnt go to anything if that makes sense (the bit that doesnt go to the plenium) ????

It has split where the jubaly clip fits....Anyone have a part number or had it split on them ???

just replace it with this....
BLACK SILICONE ELBOW 45 DEGREE BEND HOSE 19mm | eBay
unsure of internal diameter but just measure the standard one and order that size.
job done, for cheap.

Why has the 2nd bit been bunged off with a bolt, has the car had the N249 mod ???
