All you S3 Owners over 60k

Yesterday i replaced my cambelt,waterpump and tensioners

Audi kept to there 105,000 interval but i was not going to take the chance as im aware of the damage that can be caused by a belt failure

Anyway one of the roller bearings was very badly worn so im glad i replaced them when i did

Parts cost me £100 all from the main dealers

just got my cambelt and water pump changed at 55k. coincided with me modding it. so i felt better. cars running well now

how much was it to replace just the 2 parts at 55K

il have a look, but my local audi dont charge labour for the water pump when they change the cambelt

Had the same issue - Audi too busy so had a guy from a Jag garage repace the cam belt and pump

All in all it cost around £200 for the parts and labour - the stealer I recall wanted at least twice that
