How do i get cold air to the induction kit?

Hey guys
just bought a K&N induction kit as part of a deal from another member. Now i know you can just bolt it on but how do i make sure it gets plenty of cold air and does nt get all the hot air from under the bonnet!
i am guessing that with the twin intercoolers it will make it more difficult
