What sort of bhp would I expecting out of my s3 with these mods being done, revo remap stage 1,XS manifold, XS down pipe, refurbed ko4 turbo,milltek cat back,silicone tip with ITG air filter with smoothed air box,silicone turbo hose

Subjective at best as you'd need to remap it after the mods. A front mounted intercooler would also be required to make the most of it. 280bhp maybe.....

Nicki at r-tech or bill at badger 5 would be best placed on here.

on the stage 1 map it has
268.4hp

potentially a bit more with a new map but the temps would kill power, fmic next imo

Would it not depend on which base engine code it is as to what horsepower it will make?

no as the both 225 and 210 remap to the same anyway. Mine showed 251.5bhp with cc stage 1. id add rods to that list and a fmic.. the list goes on and on lol...
