which TIP for 1999 s3 210bhp apy engine with esp??

as above really. my boost kicks in very hard at 2.5k then completely tails off about 4k. unsure if car is standard map as is very aggressive. think the pipe may be closing up searched but theres lots tips and non say for apy??
