Hi

I am looking at buying an s3. Ive found one which has the following spec:

1999/ V Black
Full Leather Interior
Full Audi S/H
approx 42k miles

Just wanted to know what kind of price i should be paying for this??

It is up for £12.5k

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks Guys

The car is privately owned so perhaps the price is a little high.

Although i do think Parkers is a little incorrect when pricing Audi S3's.

It is very rare to see one for approx £11200 (or less) on the autotrader without it having very high miles and being in a colour other than black or silver!!

True enough but there are very few cars on AT that go for the asking price /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I'd offer £11.5k and take it from there .. if you get it for £12ish you've done ok /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks for your help.

Hopefully i will be an owner of an S3 very shortly !!

I would say that £11750 would be a good purchase price considering it is pre-facelift and a private purchase. If it's due a service soon, tax/mot/tyres consider knocking off a bit more.

Not necessarily. My Bose has a CD head unit as well, however, as the one your looking at is pre-facelift someone else may be able to confirm. In any case, when you start the car up it should display Bose if it's the upgrade on the Red LED.
