Fuel gauge reading wrong?

Before I had my DIS replaced on my 2001 s3, I used to be able to drive about with it saying I had 0 miles left in the tank, since re fitting my speedo cluster, I have run out of fuel a few times as it now runs dry when it reads 20 miles left. I remember reading on here that I can adjust it with Vag Com but I can't find the post anywhere now! Does anyone know how to set it back so it's more reliable again?

Have a look on the Ross Tech website, otherwise put a post in the VCDS Section.

Also, are you sure that its not coincidental that the fuel gauge sensor isnt off in the petrol tank.
