front suspension really pi@@g me off

hi i keep getting a knock noise when i pull away at lights, from off side front, i have change both wish bones, front wheel bearings, both stabliser links, both anti rollbar rubbers, lower ball joint, top mount rubbers.????
any ideas, i guess it leaves top mount bearings and shocks.

all bolts etc checked to make sure there tight.

Should have change the top mount bearing whilst doing the rubbers! I'm guessing it's this.

Loose brake pad? Had the same trouble before after changing everything turned out to be one of the pads was loose in the carrier and clinked on pulling away and bumps. Worth a look. Either that or possibly drive shaft knocking on arb.
