Rear Upper Suspension Link Question

Hi Everyone,

I have an audi s3 8L which is on coilovers. The rear uper suspension link is shot and i need two new ones - left and right.

3 questions:

1:There are adjustable links on car at the moment. is this standard? (im not sure if the non adjustable are standard.)

2: if i replaced the adjustable links with non-adjustable links would it effect the running of the car or does it matter?

3: where on the net would be the best place to buy the adjustable links?
