So my heater resistor had gone (Was like it when I bought the car) - I purchased another and set about changing it, I was not expecting this!

I Set about changing the resistor and discovered that the plug was burnt out as well, So I had to do some Bodging to get it done

Now its all Fitted and I have Fan Speed again :)

good times hate little suprises like this tho...

my fan was shafted all through winter now the weather is warming my fan works perfectly ****** car!!!

Well worth checking the Resistor - I found em for 20 notes Brand Spankers in a sealed Audi Bag... Better than the 60 odd notes my local Steeler wanted

bargain... mine is a faulty blower motor think they are around 60 70 squids to replace new.

It looks as if the resistor has gone for a swim in a couple of inches of water :Flush: ,best check to see if the pollen filter and assorted flaps and trims are all present and intact.
