Need your advice...FMIC

Looking at FMIC, don't really know too much about them regarding S3's. I'm aware of the "welly" cooler, and Forge's FM. I'm only looking at stage 2 so doesn't need to be able to handle 500hp. Is there any advice from anyone who has one, whats the best option to go for? Any information would be much appreciated!!
