electric window fix

windows on a3 go down but not up.
If help it on they way up it closes.
I heard of some plastic bits breaking.
How ca I fix this problem.

The plastic clips have broken and just need to buy a new set loads on eBay, unless it's ur window regulator

yeah it'll be the window clips no doubt. make sure the new one's you buy are the pink one's with metal in them as the old one's didn'#t have metal and weren't strong enough to hold the wires over time

its an easy fix mate, i have done it to both my windows as they decided to go, one after another
