Tips: Don't do ARB's without at least doing shocks and springs first, adding a large rear bar or the like will be more than the standard dampers can cope with, and in extreme cases you could see the arb unload itself mid bend and send you flying off in circles!
On a road car I'd normally suggest 22F 25F on a FWD car, but being a TDI with a heavier lump up front I think Eibach do a 25/25 kit that should make it handle great.
if you're a very keen driver and like the back end a bit more lively then a 28mm bar would suit, although these are made by neuspeed and cost almost as much as the full eibach kit.
I'd say decent shocks N springs first, or coilovers, then start looking at ARB's after that.
An uprated rear ARB on an otherwise standard car can be a bit scary!
