hi guys, got a 2000 plate sport, the car is firing on 2 cylinders only, i got a new coil pack and tried that,exactly the same.i have clipped an inductive timing light to each of the ht leads and there is nothing coming out of the coil .just wondering if there are any common faults that i should be looking for? i am presuming either a wiring problem or a faulty ecu. no warning lights lit or flashing on the dash to indicate a problem. and ideas appreciated!

just traced all 4 wires back to the ecu plugs and tested with a continuity tester...all check out ok.does this mean an ecu fault ? or could anything else have an influence ,sensors ect?
