    R32 TB alternatives.......

    Does anyone know of any other throttle bodies that share the same hardware/software of the r32 one?

    R32 one's seem to cost stupid amounts these days.

    Been looking at either

    Just sold my R32 T/B and adaptor plate for £120

    I would imagine you would need to make an adaptor lead as the plug looks different... do you know the internal diameter of the ones in the listings?

    No but have emailed them, im sure ive seen someone on sc.net use a porsche tb and the wiring connector was the same.

    On a stock or Hybrid turbo, Is there a real need to upgrade?
    Are there gains to be had? Does the car need a full remap after?

    Every little helps mate, car will be hybrid soon, then depends if i get bored, bt so rather future mod the car, rather have it over developed than under.

    But yeah id say their would be gains, obviously the higher the level of tune the higher the gains are, on stock id doubt their to be any gain.
