The leather door inserts just above the door handle are starting to seperate from the door card and so the bubble out and look odd. I had a quick look the other day and it looks like the glue behind them has basically disintegrated. Is this a common thing? How have others fixed it? I was planning on trying to scrape out as much of the fluffy glue crap as a I can and using shoe glue to re-glue them back to the door card?

I'm having the same issue with my passenger side and need to get this fixed. Wouldn't fabric/leather glue be better as you need to spread it so that there is no bubbles.

Its not as hot in the UK as it is in Aus mate so I doubt its that big an issue here :)

Heat tends to be the killer for interior trim like this...

Yeah true! haha

The shoe glue is like a fabric/leather glue too. I know it's going to be a right **** of a job but satisfying I'm sure...
