Syphon Fuel Tank?

So my car is booked in to Audi tomorrow, fingers crossed they can sort my fuel gauge out!

Want to take it in with as little fuel as possible in case they need to take fuel tank off etc. Only trouble is I've got pretty much a full tank as I haven't driven it much recently!
Can you Syphon a 2000 Audi S3? Wasn't sure if they had a anti syphon system installed or not

unless the garage is completely useless they should be able to get the fuel out and save it without any difficulty, only thing is they will be charging you for the time it takes. as for syphoning, doubt it you will probably need to pump it out

Yeh, easier to just disconnect the fuel filter and pump it into a can. Need quite a few cans though unless you've got another car you can pour it into :P
