1997 Audi A3 - Removal of ECU

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to remove the ECU? My car hasn't been able to start for a while and am going to check the ECU because I heard that the connections can sometime corrode.

Any pictures of the location on the ECU?

remove the wiper arms,and then remove the scuttle trim,pull it up on the screen side first,the ecu should be bang in the middle under all that.
