Bored !!!

It's been a while since I last tinkered with the motor ('97 R 1.8 T Sport) in a search for more power and I'm bored....However itchy fingers and a few quid to spare have started me off thinking again that there must be something still left to do to liberate just that bit more power.

I must stress I do not want to start uprating the engine's internals yet might go as far as a bigger or bespoke turbo if doing so does not lead to too much addition knock on work ? To date I have done the following ;

Car chipped (Superchip which I am very happry with)
K&N panel filter
Bigger bore inlet pipe to turbo replacing stock item
Miltek sports Cat
Full stainless (Scorpion) exhaust system
Hyperboost diverter valve to replace stock item

Any ideas welcomed.

have you got any pictures of the exhaust mate, how does it sound

THere are quite a few threads about big turbo conversions. Look in the tuning and tech forums, and/or do a search. I think RIchA3Turbo, (massive!) thread would probably be a good start from a few months ago.
