Hybrid turbo

Hi there, im looking to upgrade my turbo on my a3 to a ko3s, however, im going to sound really stupid but i dont know what i need to what to do, ive owned the car for a few days and got a brand new turbo cheap from my brother

its a straight swap mate, just need gaskets and bolts, plus and oil and filter change.

and I think a turbo inlet pipe but I'm sure some people can modify it to fit anyway

sorry, I didn't read it properly,thought you wee changing to a ko3s from a ko3. you need the turbo rebuilt obviously, injectors,3 in maf,fuel pump aswell. there is a thread called ko3s which has a lot of useful info
