Help hole in my carpet (last owner wore heels)

Hi all
Ever since I bought my car I've had this hole in my carpet on driver side right where my right foot goes and it gets stuck other than replacing carpet or using mats is there another way of fixing it?

Mine has a hole in the carpet the size of a 5 pence piece where the previous owner was too lazy to replace the matt and his clutch heel had worn through mat and carpet I've just fitted new mats.

Same here, to stop it getting worse i used a strong black nylon thread and stitched the hole up, then just fitted car mats, job done .

I use an old VW Polo rubber mat for my drivers side, almost fits perfect and saves me from buying a new set of OEM ones every other year...

you do know there are holes in the carpets because people lie you don't use mats right ? lol

An egg would fit in my hole on the drivers side :thumbsup: No joke. I just use thick rubber matts
