what should be in with my spare wheel

Does anybody have a pic or list of what should be in the polystyrene bit in the middle of the spare wheel on an S3?

i have the jack, screwdriver, and some other bits but there is a suspicious looking space and i'm wondering what should be in there?

think the space your looking at is where the removable tow bar can fit on cars that have one fitted!
