Timing kit

Looking to get my timing belt done for peace of mind and was wondering if this kit is any good?

go on euro car parts and buy a contitech kit, loads of people use contitech, that kit you diaplayed also has a lot of pulleys missing from it if i remember correctly

or carpartsforless have them, £40 cheaper than eurocarparts too, so the same price as that unknown (in my eyes) brand

I used the SKF kit on mine. In the box i had a Gates belt and OE damper (with the VW logo and part number machined off) and tensioner roller.

How many pulleys is in a kit ?

i cant quite remember lol - i know the one i quoted comes with everything, i'd only stick with a proven brand when dealing with cambelts to be honest

Yep, in the box were damper with idler roller, tensioner roller with bolt and washer and belt. I had mine from Eurocarparts.
