    Oil cooler pipes corroded

Woke up this at 5 morning to a nice lil puddle under the car
Checked the water reservoir and that was empty! Not so bad as it was str8 bak to bed for a few hours

Anyway this is what I found in the day light

Oil cooler pipes had corroded so much that water had escaped
Was an easy fix tho, just had to take off a a few pipes and the throttle body so I could get to oil cooler.
Then just popped off the two pipes and sanded all the corrosion off the alloy pipes attached to the cooler.

    before

    After

Was just a case of putting it all back together

Had to do the same on mine. The pipes were stuck on at the other end too, which promptly torn trying to remove them so had to buy a new pair. Not cheap at £36 inc VAT
