Folks, I'm looking mainly at people who've done BT setups here and changed the stock layout considerably

I'm fitting my XS power tubular manifold this week, and it's going to come fairly close to a few important lines at the back of the bay, as well as the bulkhead itself.

I want to add some heat shielding at the back of the bay, as well as re-routing a few things whilst I'm at it.

Any advice on what to use? I've searched ebay but it all seems to be stick on stuff, I was thinking of something more rigid I could form and bolt in place.

All advice welcomed!

Cheers

Nick

Not sure where Bill got his last lot from but its something like this...

Aerotech Heat Insulation from Merlin Motorsport

or this...
HEAT SHIELD / HEAT BARRIER G2 DOUBLE MATERIAL 5.25mm | eBay

I have used the flexible mat stuff to wrap pipes and stuff then use the rigid stuff to reflect heat back etc...
Heat Shield - Aluminised Mat 1m x 500mm - New !! | eBay

The flexible stuff does both tasks but the rigid stuff is better for creating a 'barrier' between hot stuff and stuff not wanting be hot
