creaking / clunking sound (offside front) when turning right ?

I know it's difficult to advise without actually hearing the noise yourselves but has anybody got an idea what it could be?

Maybe i can help LeeW, I had a clunking sound whilst turning right on my S4, apparently it was only whilst driving in the wet (according to my local dealer) but after some serious investigating with some sonar equiptment, it turned out to be the RADIUS ARM, both sides were replaced and the problem disappeared!!! Hope this helps,

Thanks for the info Deano, it's going in for an MOT at the end of the month so will see what they say.

Anybody else experienced a similar problem?
