Oil Pressures/Temperatures

I've been doing some research trying to find out what "normal" values are for these.

Somebody on ClubGTI suggested the following oil pressures for the 1.8T engine.

Cold Idle (approx 1400rpm): - 87.02 - 94.30psi / 6 - 6.5bar
Hot Idle (approx 720-760rpm): - 20.31psi / 1.4bar
Approx 1000rpm: - 26.11 - 29.01psi / 1.8 - 2.0bar
Approx 3000 - 4000rpm: - 58.02psi / 4bar
Approx 6000-6500rpm: - 87.02psi / 6bar

However I can't find what is classed as normal oil temperature. The measuring location in question would be the sump and I was thinking somewhere in the region between 90-120C?

Audis specificiation says Above 1 bar at idle with oil temp >80c and above 5bar at 3000rpm with oil temp >80c.

The car is equipped with a water to oil heat exchanger, so "normal" oil temperatures should run around 90c along with the coolant.

You'll see the oil climb up to maybe 100c if your pressing on hard, and maybe a little higher if on track. I'd suggest 120c is a bit on the high side. I wouldnt like to see mine much above 105c.
