Can the lower grill be removed?

Hey guys, I wanted to clean my lower grill, you know the two bits where the fog lights are. I was just wondering how do I take them out, do I just simply pull it out? or is there some sort of hook I have to unclip it from?

The one on the off side pops out to get at the toe-eye! Im not sure about the near side one.

I've had the centre one out too, but its a bumper off job as its held from the back with spring clips. Bumper off is easy though TBH.

Both grills for the fog lights pop out.

Put a finger in each corner and pull out towrds you.

I'm not sure about the centre grill, I think the bumper has to be removed to remove that.
