Lower fogs

Hello all,

Can anyone confirm if the facelift S3 front lower grille/valance with integrated fogs will fit a pre facelift A3 T as a replacement? The reason I ask is I know the S3 bumper is wider and also IIRC the S3 grille is also larger than an A3 - correct? So I therfore have doubts that it will fit...well at least without some jiggery pokery!

This is the part I want:

I know vagparts do a conversion kit with their own parts, but I think this is from a facelift A3.

I don't really mind if the S3 won't fit mine, as I'd like either, just the cheapest and easiest option really.

Part numbers may also be a handy, along with any other considerations?

I wouldn't have thought that it would fit, but I may be wrong?

the S3 bumper is all one part with an insert for the grill and fog lights. The Pre-facelift A3's bumper comes in two parts, the upper painted part and the lower black plastic part. You'd have to to get either the whole front S3 bumper and try to get it to fit the arches or get the kit. I dont know if the lower part off of the facelift A3 will fit as the top part is different.
