Suspension - where/what to buy

OK, decided I want to turn my attention to the suspension - here's what I have on my shortlist.

20-30 mm springs (H&R/Eibach)
Uprated shocks (Bilstein)

Where's the best/cheapest place to get the above?

Already have an R32 rear ARB at home along with spacers.

Is the rear adjustable tie bar required for a 20-30mm drop? Forge the best place to get this from?

I would personally go with Koni Adjustables with Eibach Springs on the same drop.

Used them before, was impressed. Some of their S3 bilstein part numbers are wrong though - best call them I think.

Didn't realise Motorsportworld did the Forge tie bars too! Cool...cheaper than Forge too.
