Exhaust And Rear Valance

I am considering buying a 4motion milltek catback exhaust system off a friend of mine to fit my audi a3 1.6 sport.

First Question;

Would it fit my car with an adaptor pipe?

Second Question;

Are the rear valance removable from the bumper?

If its a 4-motion exhaust then I doubt it... the back boxes on AWD chassis cars are typically larger as the floor pan in the boot is different on the AWD's and they span the width of the car...
