Indicator Wont Flash

[S4 Muzza]

The indicator on my mums A3 has stopped flashing when you put it on, just stays on as a solid light. Any ideas what could be causing this? Cheers

Hazard light relay - common issue

sounds like it could be the hazard switch relay, common fault I think most of us on here have had to replace it!

if its a face lift 8l like mine don't know if the early ones are the same as the switch is different , the flasher unit is in the hazzard switch , sorted mine by spraying a little (very little) WD40 in the switch and working it in by putting the switch on and off a few times, done this twice in well over a year , a new switch will sort it but its not cheap
