After replacing/ upgrading my headlight bulbs... 6k i think they are,
Ive noticed just how dull and yellow the main and fog bulbs are... Should i just go for whiter bulbs from say ebay as its about 60/40 as to wether its function or form.
I notice some places sell 80w options...
I had a bad "moment " with my mk2 golf when the 100w bulbs melted the ignition switch and left me with no lights in south wales at 3am!
Can the S3 loom take the increase or should i stick to 50??

You can get LED bulbs to replace the fog light bulbs... for headlight bulbs you can use 50% brighter halogens or similar but I would stick to std wattage unless you rewire using relays...

Ok, thanks.
To be honest i do use the fogs when there is snow and when driving on dark country roads. So i would like them to be functional as well as looking less yellow.
I will look into standard wattage bulbs that are whiter

They are H7 as are the main Beam,
Erm... i think it will be a bumper off job as the pipework for my FMIC is VERY close to the rear of the fogs.
