hi all im new ere just bought and audi a3 a month ago and now the boot wont open i can ere it unlock but wont open some please help how to get it open then what its likely to be to fix it?? was loving the car till that happened!!

if you can hear the motor working. it could be the rod as came off from the motor to the locking mech.
only way to check will be to remove the plastic trim which covers the back of the boot.
drop the back seats down and take it off that way. may take a bit of force to remove it
