Rear axles..

Had a slight mishap with a curb last night, didnt go down to well.

Anyway, i have a 1.8t 1999 a3, i know the mk4 golf's are pretty much the same chassis. Could anyone tell me if the rear axles are the same?

yup, same beam mate, can use the rear beam from a mk4 golf, bora, seat leon, FWD TT, or even a skoda octavia I believe

Well worth putting a set of Lemforder Fabia VRS bushes in there if they haven't already been done.
