on the pre-facelift aircon, does the display :
1. get dimmer when you put the sidelights etc on?
2. does the display fade with the fader switch or is it just the illumination of the buttons?
I retro fitted the panel and the display isnt as bright as the diplay cluster etc unless a try to access the diagnostic functions where is gets a lot brighter. I guess I'm still missing a power to it, but it seems to be from the light switch, just not sure which connection it is.
