What oil to use?

Hi iv got an s3 remapped to 1.45 bar standard otherwise apart frm cold air feed just wondered what weight oil you guys use I was thinking 5w 40 fully syn (silkolene pro s) awesome oil use this in all my performance cars, any other recommendations? Cheers

I'm running 5w 30 fully synthetic. Castrol Edge and Mobil 1 are both good but i say Mobil 1 as you get a little bit more for your money.

I've been told, once your S3 gets to roughly 100k then only 5w40 FS should be used, as 5w30 is too thin.
