Rubber door seal hanging off !

Just a quickie...

The lower rubber seal on my driver side door is hanging off. It looks a bit like an upturned wiper blade and runs the full length of the door. I have managed so far by keeping pushing it back on (as it seems like it just pushes into place on a thin metal strip) but every time i shut and reopen the door it falls back out of place and hangs down when driving.

Does anyone know how this is supposed to be fitted as I can't see any screws that have fallen out or any fixings on the passenger side?

Has this happened to anyone else?

I may be wrong, but I think a very light coating of glue is used to secure the rubber seals.

I'm guessing you would want something such as a smear of silicone or copydex to keep the seal in place IF there aren't to be any clips to secure it.
