Whilst sanding and polishing my manifold today I gave the whole bay a clean, to my horror I noticed a series of raised, hair line cracks about 3" to the right of the oil cap 2" in front of the coil packs. By the time I got my camera it was too dark but I shall get some up tomorrow. I am a little nervous as the car ( 1.8t agu ) is running really well and quickly, and I've recently spent quite a lot on it..... Does this sound terminal? I know this all sounds very vague, hopefully photos will clear it up....
