Battery - replace or not?

hey guys, long time

my battery magic eye thing is now black, rather than green.

the little indicator thing suggests black is - needs charging


i dont have a charger, shall i just replace the battery? Occasionally like once or twice in the last 5 months, ive had moments where its not started first time.
other than that no problems

would rather avoid problems in winter, since ill be living in a different city in winter.
