Fitted FK's to my S3 last week, had a 4 wheel allighment the next day and ever since, when on full lock, theres a loud scraping noise coming from the right front wheel, like something is scraping on the disc or just metal on metal. Can't immediaitly see anything from looking at the wheel on lock =/ Any suggestions or anyone had this problem?

Take a look for metal on metal scrape marks, if you can hear it, there'll most likely be a mark somewhere.
Probably TOOT coming into play and making the wheels scrub on full look. Have a look at the inner arches for any signs of rubbing, what tires sizes and how low have you gone? You may need to raise it up or space a little bit.

Running standard 225/45/17, conti sports on the front. I'll have a look tomorrow but the disc guard sounds right. Will look and confirm tomorrow, nice one lads!
